Frank Nocito
President & CEO
Frank Nocito has had a long and successful career in real estate development and financing of multi-level projects. His involvement with various companies has given him unparalleled experience in assembling associations that key-in the right person or group to maximize company and project development. Mr. Nocito is hands-on with management at every level from conception to final result. His forward thinking, drive and creativity finds a working solution to every obstacle while his education in Commerce and Business Administration provides the ground work for successful and profitable ventures.
Joel Mason
Chief Financial Officer
Joel Mason graduated from NYU School of Commerce with a degree in accounting in 1960. He attended NYU Graduate School and took courses in Real Estate. He attended CW Post of Long Island University for a specialized Tax Program. Mr. Mason Served in the US Army Reserve from 1962 until 1968. Joel Mason has more than 55 years of experience in the real estate field. He started his career in 1962 at AJ Armstrong, a financial lending group in the audit department. Over the course of his career, he owned, managed and/or served as consultant and accountant to more than 25 hotels. In 2005, Mr. Mason moved to Boca Raton, Florida and opened Approved Accounting Associates, an accounting firm. In 2017, he entered into a management agreement with Fuoco Group, a CPA Firm with offices in Miami, Boca Raton, North Palm Beach, Hauppage, NY and New York City.
