He is involved in management at every stage, from concept to completion. His forward-thinking approach and creativity enable him to find solutions to challenges, and his academic background in Commerce and Business Administration lays the foundation for profitable ventures.
Joel Mason
Chief Financial Officer
Joel Mason, with over 55 years in real estate, holds an accounting degree from NYU and additional real estate and tax education. He served in the US Army Reserve (1962-1968) and began his career at AJ Armstrong in audit.
Mason managed and consulted for over 25 hotels, opened Approved Accounting Associates in Florida (2005), and in 2017, entered a management agreement with Fuoco Group, a CPA firm with multiple offices. His extensive experience and education underpin his role as Chief Financial Officer.
